Fh just called me to tell me he got a pay increase!!!!!! Now, I just have to find a job and things will be back to normal!!!!

I dunno what I want to do anymore!!! For the past 3 years I was a social worker. I did go to school for elementary Ed though. I was thinking of working with the disabled. I just need a job that's not physically demanding, my last job got rid of me due to my disability, so it hasn't been easy!!!! Right now I have a lot going on with that!!! I had to contact the Division of Human rights and EEOC to let them know that they should not treat humans this way and that there are repercussions to their actions!!!

well right now it's a war and no it's not!!! they wanted me to shovel a huge driveway and move the clients belongings!!!! It's so nuts my doc wrote a note and they said they couldn't accommodate me, all it asked was for me not to shovel or lift over 15lbs!!!!! I have never met such heartless human beings in my life!!!

That is absolutley awful, within regards to your last job. You would think, by now that organizations would be cognisent and contend with rules and reulations but seriously I hope that a) you find a job and b) this proves to be a costly mistake for last employer (heartless bastards).
Try looking into some temp agencies - many places are hiring tempt-perm these days and depending on the assignment it can provide substantial income inthe meantime or lead to a future opportunity. Also try looking into some fellows teaching programs or summer time teach opportunities/ substitutes and/or considering your experience ~ special organizations like YAI or the Youth Service League.
