Good News and Bad News...

The good news is that Joe from Camelot is awesome AGAIN and gaves us an AMAZING price on our shuttles from the Swan Club to the GC Mansion.

The bad news is that the reason he was able to give us a great price was because there's another wedding booked at the Swan Club for the same time as us - AND they're staying at the GC Mansion too!

I know it's selfish of me to want to be the only bride there, but as of two months ago I was!

Wah wah wah. End of pity party. At least shuttles are finally booked and fingers crossed that maybe Joe just made a mistake - bc I'm scared to call the SC and find out if it's true or not.

So completely unrelated... any LIW bride getting married at the SC 7/24?

I understand your frustration though...I'm at a 2 event place too, and was selfishly hoping the other room would go unbooked, but it did. Corporate party though, so no other brides, just drunk yuppies. That's pretty short to throw together a wedding though, 2 months!

awwww heck! we should be happy for everyone getting married on 'our' day! i think it would be so cool to get a pic of both brides together! lol

Thats nice you feel that way. I personally would not want to see another bride. Thats why I picked a one wedding at a time place.
