They finally found a house!!! They put their house on the market in like October, i think.... It sold pretty quickly, but they only moved out a couple of weeks ago, becuase the people who bought their house took their sweet time with the paperwork and the closing.... so my parents have been renting a house for the past few weeks from a family friend...but still looking for their own house. So, they went out today and found a beautiful house that is perfect for them in Fort Salonga. They put in an offer and it was accepted, so the inspector is going to check it out tomorrow! What a relief!!!!!

That's so close to where Dh's parents live .. they absolutely love it there, I'm sure your folks will as well

We have been thinking about ranches too... i don't care for them (i am sooo used to having two floors) but my DH likes them.. Let me know how they like the change!

I've never been a fan of the ranch, either, to tell you the truth....but it has an attic, and a finished basement, so maybe it won't be all that different...i'll let you know what they think....they had the colonial for 27 years.....so this will be quite a change!
