I want to improve my posture for my wedding...and someone suggested Pilates. I figured it can't hurt to try!!
Does anyone do this at home? If so, have any good DVD to suggest?

I use a total body sculpting pilates DVD
but also there is a free exercise on demand channel on cable. It has all types of workouts from pilates, dancing, yoga, strength training, cardio and tons more. YOu can go on there and do those workouts and you dont have to spend money on dvd's and you can do different workouts all the time.
I do have the yoga booty ballet dvd too and its great

I swear by Winsor Pilates. Mari Winsor is great and you really feel the burn when working out. There are several different types of DVD.
