there are acouple of beaches..or the duck pond is pretty! there is wildwood state parl but I have never been in there to see the grounds.????!!??there is a pretty golf course too! not sure what you are really looking for

My parents live in Wading River - there is a really nice Duck Pond area - if you are coming from the west on 25a and make a left at the interesection where the Little Bay Realty shopping center is (i think its wading river road) continue all the way down until you see the pond on your left. If you make a right at the stop sign in front of the pizza place, and go all the way down there is wading river beach.
Yeah I actually grew up in WR, and I know that whole duck pond/pizza pie/beach area....idk, something about me going there all the time when I was a kid makes it feel not special enough.....which is maybe the opposite of how it should feel? I don't know, I'm confused haha....
what if you take a quick ride up to one of the winerys...they are not to far!!
