I need a little help. I live in Lindenhurst. I might have a lot of people for a 4th of July BBQ, and I don't know if I'll be able to prepare a lot of food. Anyone know of any places with really good salads, dishes, etc. that are already made that would be useful to me?

Im not a LI'er but I would just go to a local deli and put in orders for trays of salads- potato, macaroni, tossed etc.

For father'e day, we got everything at Uncle Guiseppe's in Smithtown. It's a sort of gourmet supermarket. Maybe they have other locations. Everything was wonderful.
