good shops for MOB and Grandma!!

Hi Ladies

What are some good shops or boutiques you recommend that have nice, sophisticated, and 'different' outfits for MOB and Grandmother of the bride?

FMIL got hers at Omnibus in Babylon and my mom got hers at Moonlight Coutoure in Merrick. Both shops were very nice to deal with, Omnibus had much more unique stuff, but they were also a bit more expensive on some things.

I need to get my mother in to a shop to get her gown for the wedding. Does anyone have any ideas of places in Suffolk county?

My mom didn't get hers there but I wish she did - Alta Moda in Bellmore. They custom make anything and have ready made things. They are SO nice and have beautiful stuff. My mom got her dress at Menekshe in Cedarhurst- beautiful stuff too but the owner was not as nice - but I would still take a look. Also, PM Boutique in Oceanside had beautiful things too! My grandmother got her dress at Totally You in Bellmore.

Not sure of your budget but my FMIL got her dress at Entoto's. Very pretty. I think they have stuff there or can design something for you. I know it's on Northern Blvd before Leonard's of Great Neck.

Or how about Saks? L&Ts? They have some beautiful dresses too
