I really love the idea of a winery...pindar, martha clara, duck walk, rapheal, premium wine group, etc. there are just so many options
Also, there are so many local state parks...or what about westbury garden or the oakdale arbituem (spelt wrong)

We did the beach but it was a really hard choice especially after seeing all the other E-pics on here b/c they were all really nice! Check my album if you want to see beach pics... I think we went to Robert Moses.

Roosevelt Island is awesome during the summer... They have cherry blossom trees as well as a city skyline view and a lighthouse....

If you schedule your epics for the beginning of May, you can take pictures with cherry blossoms in full bloom either in Central Park or at the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens. It's so beautiful. The also have the Japanese Garden at The BBG along with a few other great spots.
Otherwise, C park near Bethesda Fountain is really nice, or along museum mile. Brooklyn Bridge Park is great, you can get either the Brooklyn Bridge or Manhattan Bridge in the background along with the city skyline.
If you're a beach goer... you can do Fire Island or Montauk with the lighthouse, etc. Coney Island on the beach with the Wonder Wheel in the distance....

FH said the same thing. If its a professional photographer then you need the permit. So, FH said, well what if its just my friend taking pictures? Didn't get an answer.
