Good thoughts and wishes....

for one of my staff members. Today is the 6th anniversary of her sister's death in a (seriously) freak flash-flood/car accident/electrocution (for real). Her sister was 19 when she died, my staff was 15 and is 21 now. Too young. Sad day here
