There are a few. I have good luck on Orbitz, Cheap Tickets and Hotwire. There's also Lowestfare.com and Travelocity.

Re: Good website for airline tickets
Check Delta. They have specials of the day. I was looking for over a week for a ticket to Florida from August 21 - 26 and kept getting nothing. Then I decided to go back to delta before booking another flight and I put in my travel info and it came up with this fare of the day which was AMAZINGLY cheap!! Check the airlines directly, some are having good deals. I noticed with the sites like expedia and such that they only give you certain airlines. Check out southwest airlines, they are having real good deals and also spiritair and maybe jetblue and song!!
