I am currently pure provisional at my title. I have taken a few tests and am on a couple of lists. well I finally got called off the Clerical Associates list (which is a lesser title than I am currently in). I was worried I would have to take a cut in salary. BUT my HR manger just informed me that I can still get my perment Clerical Assoc title and still be provisional in my current title until that list comes out. So..... this means I dont have to worry about my job I will have a perm title and still have my current salary.
