goodbye....
not forever, just for the next few days. its been an incredibly long time coming and i'm almost shocked that its finally here. my countdown clock reads 1 day and 15 hours.
i have to say as one of the older brides on this boards, both age wise and amount of time on these boards, i know that i've seen a lot. i've seen posts that make me go like this![]()
, but i've seen more posts that make me do this ![]()
after all, i've had more then 2 years to plan, so there were a lot of breaks in between booking vendors. so i've seen what weddings do o people, and i've doen my share of venting, so i am not completely on a soap box.
i have to thank ron and liz for creating this oasis for brides to be. if i had not heard of this site, who knows where i would be getting married. i found so much helpful info on these boards, that it definitely changed the course of my wedding.
to the other brides that i have 'met.' i say thank you. you have been there to make me laugh when i needed it. we have had ups and downs, but what wedding is complete without a littel drama.
so i'll be a mrs in 1 day....its a strange and beautiful feeling.
and to my wonderful august brides a PSA - STOP CHECKING THE WEATHER!!!! august is known for t-storms and for severely hot weather. if you look at the weather, you are only making your self crazy.
