My software people have officially blocked me from LIW by disabling all URLS with the words WEDDING it it! At first, I believed I was experiencing technical difficulties, but I found out from the manager today 'people in our company' were spending too much time on 'Bridal Sites', ie~me. I am the only engaged girl in my office of 10 people, and my head office is in NJ, so LIW type sites don't exactly fit there. HOW CRUEL!

(Don't worry, I won't get in trouble! They let me use AOL here because our DSL line bites badly and we always go down, so we use my modem to dial out...)

I'm sorry they did that to you...I'd be very mad at the spying!! YIKES!! what else do they look at??!

Do you get your work done? Do you do it well? They shouldn't take away some of the few things that keep workers sane!! (or on fridays...insane!)

Guess what? IP address worked! THANK YOU!!!! Worst two days I have had in a long time! Never realized how addicted I really was until I wasn't able to sign on to LIW. Thanks again!!!

And to answer your question, Yabbobay~
I am considered a very valuable employee. I am very dedicated and I am here 70+ hours a week and I don't get paid a penny of o/t other than on Sundays. It has nothing to do with my work performance, it's more of a hacker situation where people are getting in to our system through familiar websites. I get paid well here, and I love the people and yes, I have a great boss who I get along with very well. This cruel act was done by our computer person, not by him. HE actually felt bad for me, and follows along with teh whole LIW thing. I am so happy though that I can get on, thanks again for everyones help!!!
