Goody bags

Remember when you were a kid and when you left a birthday party you always got a goody bag? Well, I want to do that for my wedding. People are going to get a regular favor (bottle openers) at the table, but I was thinking of having candy loot bags for their ride home. I was going to put a lollipop, smarties, gumballs, cholcolate, candy bracelet, and fruit slices. Is that cheesy? I just thought it would be a cute little extra.

I've attached the placecards to the regular favors which left me having to do something for the kids ... so I'm putting Hershey's kisses in a small blue bag, tying with ribbon and attaching the placecard. (their parents are probably gonna kill me!! )

I've seen weddings that have candy stations during dessert. And there are all different types of candy for guests to fill up goody bags with. I think it's such a cute idea.

I actually only have 2 really young kids (6 & 4) and they're in the BP, so they're getting separate gifts and goodies. These candy bags are going to be for everyone to take home, one per person.

LOL!!!!! My FH's favorite candy is Smarties. In fact, thats whats going in the little purse favors i bought.

We're doing candy with out favor also. It isn't going to be a goody bag though. We are doing a donation and we are going to attach the scrolls to a small white box, which is going to be filled with candies! I like the idea a lot because I love candy!
