Is Jillian normally so slow to respond to you? The first time I emailed her it took 2 weeks for her to reply. Then I called her on Saturday and she still hasn't returned my phone call. Her and Sarah Rock do great work, but I'm nervous that they will be this slow to respond when I really need to get in touch with them. Has anyone had any experience with them?
