Got a post card... dress is in! *update*

**UPDATE**

Yes, my dress is in! My mom got her postcard too! Both are ready for first fittings! woo!!!!

If it were my dress.. i wouldn't wait.. simply bc I wouldn't be able to. I would be running there to put that dress on my body asap! I get impatient i guess

Is it Centereach? If so, very possible, my dress came in in 2 1/2 months there! I haven't made an appointment yet because there's obviously time for me LOL.

My postcard came the Monday after Thanksgiving, but they haven't called me to follow up or make sure I received it.

Kind of funny story, I called them literally the Friday after Thanksgiving to make sure they even ordered my dress, because I had called them a day after ordering it questioning if I should go a size up, and was convinced I didn't need to. So I just wanted to make sure they were clear on it to proceed with the order, and that they did so. So they tell me it was ordered and would probably be in in a month or so.

Apparently it was in the back room, cuz the postcard was sent in Friday's mail!

Hehe, ok... well as long as they haven't been nagging you... I just wasn't sure how long they'd hold it for until the first fitting. Thanks for the info though.

Of course I will take pictures! I have pics in my album when I tried on the dress (and fell in love with it). I can't wait to see it on me in my actual size and not all clamped up.

it is a bit early to go for fittings, well maybe do first fitting now but save the last 2 for RIGHT before your wedding. Normally fittings are 6-8 weeks before your wedding. Your weight can change drastically or even just a little bit of a difference can make a big difference of how your dress will fit you. Thats why its best to do last fitting about 1-2 weeks before your wedding. I did my last fitting 2 weeks before bc i didnt have time the week before and let me say that last fitting my dress fit PERFECTLY but day of it was a little bit loose bc in those last 2 weeks i lost weight from all the craziness that was going on. 7 months is just alot of time and too much time for your weight to change

or you can always go just to see your dress since it came in but tell them you want to wait to start fittings

My dress just came in and they said not to do the fittings yet. They told me to wait till March (2 months before the wedding) They want to make sure they dress will fit you. But they did let me come in and try on. I feel in love with it all over again
