FH and I are going to a wedding at the end of May because he is the best man. I was just invited to the bachelorette party for the bride! I was so excited to get invited because I actually didn't expect to, because we only know each other thru our respective FHs. And it will make the wedding easier, because FH needs to leave our hotel early in the morning for pictures, but I don't have to show up to the ceremony until late afternoon, so I won't feel so alone during the ceremony and cocktail hour!
Just wanted to share my excitement! Oh, and PLUS this will only be my second bachelorette party!

I was in the same situation last year- FH was in in his best friends wedding party, and I only met the bride through him. She was very sweet, but we weren't really friends at the time and I knew the groom since HS. I wasn't expecting it either and I was invited to her shower and bachelorette party... it was very nice and we became very good friends. We go out as couples almost every other friday and we are going on vacation together as well. It was great because I consider her a very good friend now. Good Luck!
