GOT my dining room furniture delivered tonight (NOW W/PICS)!

After 4 months, and what seemed like forever, we are expecting our furniture delivery tonight, between 5 and 9 p.m. Which I thought was weird, but in a sense is perfect because neither of us have to take a day off from work to wait around....

We saw the dining set we loved in Fortunoff's. All totaled, it was close to $8000. On a recommendation, we placed our order from Royal Interiors, a furniture company in North Carolina. Their customer service is excellent, and I have been nothing but satisified. We did have to pay $400 shipping, however, we paid no sales tax and saved more than $2500 of fthe price Fortunoff's wanted.

I will post pics once it's in and up.... I'm just so excited, we waited so long!!

Okay, I'm back and the furniture is delivered. I am so happy. The two young men who delivered it took care of everything, from setting up, to putting the packing garbage away.

Our dining room is not formal, so we wanted something to double as our every day eating space as we don't really have an eat-in-kitchen (we have counters with bar stools instead). We got the 108'-long table and had to get it in 42' wide because out dining room is so narrow. The china cabinet is mirror backed with lighting inside. The manufacturer is Canadel (Canadel) and we placed our order through Royal Interiors, NC (Royal Interiors).

Your set is gorgeous. Thanks for letting us know about the company you got it from. I've heard so much about NC discounters that the next time I need furniture I will seriously look at them.

Thanks everyone. We still have the decorating to do, maybe add a rug under the table and put some sheers on the french doors as well. I'll post more pics once I have the China cabinet filled and the decorations complete!!
