Got my Dress!
I finally picked out my dress Saturday! There are pictures in my album, I couldn't get photobucket to work. (keep in mind that the chest area has to be cut down, and the lace at the waist I'm going to have them angle it in a little instead of straight across.
I went to Lillette's and Gerry has the patience of a saint! It was my second visit, my first one I had a mini anxiety attack at the end of the appointment so we came back and I tried on some more dresses, and Gerry had no problem putting me in dresses she knew I wouldn't like/look good in, just so I could satisfy my curiosity. This was the first dress I tried on this week, and I had to choose between this and the one that I loved from last week. In the end, I decided this one was more of what I always wanted. and I LOVE IT!!!! I can't thank all the girls who recommended Lillette's enough! It was worth the ride out! Now I just have to lose 25lbs by May.
Just to let everyone know, Lillette's only accepts cash or checks as payment. Luckily I had just deposited some money in the account. I've been putting deposits on CC's to get points.
