SO I went dress shopping yesterday with my mom, MOH (sister) and one of my BMs. I had my appointment with Betty at Macy's in Manhasset and I found the dress! It was the second one I tried on, but continued to try on more, but nothing was like this one. Its Demetrios style 942. Here's a pictures. It has to be custom ordered since i'm so darn short. I have to go back next week with my SHOES, which I dont have. I didnt think I needed them now. Where is a good place to get shoes?

Re: Got my dress!!!

The dress is beautiful. Try Sandy's in Massapequa for shoes.

Re: Got my dress!!!

Try Rhea Nicols in Rockville Center - got my shoes there. They have a great selection and the price includes dying. I worked with Judy and she found exactly what I was looking for.

Beautiful dress!

The dress is so pretty. I love Demetrios dresses!!!

As for shoes, my friend had recommended to me to check out Coloriffics, which is sold at various places. If you go to coloriffics.com, they have a lot of nice looking shoes. If you see one you want, you can then check out the store locater so you can go to a place and try them on.

Your dress is very pretty.
There is a place on Old Country road called Bridal shoe boutique it's right next to DSW in a little shopping center.

Thats where I actually went yesterday. It was the first store on the list of three that I got from you girls and I found my shoes there. They're gorgeous!
