they are beautiful but a couple of the places I've gone for favors have told me that everyone is trying to get rid of them because they have LEAD!
So pls make sure that yours have a sticker at the bottom that say ' NOT FOR FOOD USE'

I went to La Favorita in Williston Park and they warned me about that too. Just make sure it doesn't say 'not for food use' and you are good to go!! They are beautiful!!

No idea! It really makes no sense! I am most likely getting espresso sets for my favors, too, and the place I went to showed me a bunch that they've stopped selling due to high levels of lead.
