I figured it though.... My BIL and his wife are expecting their second baby a little less than a month before the wedding and after her first baby she was on bedrest for the first few weeks, so I assumed they'd decline...

that stinks but at least it's a good reason lol, it's not like they'd rather stay home and watch i love lucy reruns lol i'm sure they feel bad about not being able to be there.
