I just got a few gifts from folks who won't be making my bridal shower (I don't know when because its a surprise).. I'm so super excited because people are actually getting the items off my registry- we also got one gift card as well.
I love getting gifts...lol

It is especially since FH and I are redoing our apartment- I'm just amazed because I put about three expensive items (just for the heck of it) on the registry and someone actually bought one!..lol I didn't expect that.
Even though the packages come addressed to me, I wait for FH to get home so we can open them together- when we first started to get gifts he goes and calls me up at work and said 'what the heck have you been buying from ____ place' I told him I didn't buy anything but it must be a shower gift...and it's true I didn't buy a thing... yet...lol
I can't wait till my shower -I wish I knew when it was..
At the moment I'm just enjoying getting the gifts..lol

That's so fun!!! I did the same thing when we got our first engagement gifts. I refused to open it until I got to FH's job and we opened it together!!
Congrats and remember to enjoy every second of this time!!!

Wow your so lucky!!!!! CONGRATS!!!! We will have to make a official shower thread soon! I hope AND PRAY my shower is in October/November I don't want to wait any longer then that IoI

US TOO...we are renovating and we put some pricey items on it and they were bought! couldnt beleive it!
