Got my invites and Now i notice I made an ERROR...what to do?

Everything is perfect except me and FH overlooked something on the proof

instead of sans souci, its san souci

Is this a big deal?

any advice?

IT IS not the places fault...i approved the proof with the error

I like that name better...San Souci...it sounds authentic and privileged!!! Go with it....no one will know.

Are you including directional cards (so people don't have to look up the address)....if someone does a search for the venue as san suchi....will the correct website come up anyway? Just things to consider when making your decision of re-doing or not.

Personally, I wouldn't re-do it, especially if you have to pay for it again. FH & I noticed a grammatical error on the invites (after we sent them out) and realized we didn't add some hotel block info that we should have....but honestly, even if we had noticed prior to mailing them out, there's no way we could have afforded to pay for 400 invites to be reprinted again.

I made a few little errors that I noticed on mine, like I wrote 'East Meadow, NY' instead of writing New York out. I also wrote, 'Please RSVP by August 23, 2008' instead of Please respond by. I decided it really isnt worth it to me to re-do everything so I really dont care what anyone thinks! Dont stress about it, they get thrown out anyway!

I talked to lee, and since both of us proofed it, and never noticed it, we both think its no big deal.

I cant make them reprint because we never noticed it.

We also have directional cards from the RH that goes in envelope.
