They are nice! I book marked the site for possible scraplifting one day.
Lisa was working with a kit similar to this the other day. Something like that is great for me since I am not creative but can copy real good

I ordered some stuff from that site September 24th & paid through paypal & I still didn't get it!!! I emailed the site owner & she said she lost my order or something like that. I'm still waiting-I ordered a lot of adhesive from her because her prices were good & I still don't have it!
thanks lisa...I got your FM not sure whats worse...fire or smoke...as long as I stay indoors I'll be good...and good excuse to get scrapping!!!

I just emailed the lazy pages lady again-still no order!!!! I'm so pissed!!! she got my $52 through PayPal OVER 1 month ago!! I want my Lazy Pages Stuff!!
I'm a little upset oo...I was putting together one...and the title and some printed materials are missing...
I have to email her...hopefully she sends them to me...

so now the Lazy Pages wench isn't responding to my emails!!! And I can't file a complaint w/paypal because its past 30 days! So I wrote a letter to my CC company & I'm about to go on every scrapbooking MB I can find I post about my experience-any suggestions?

yahoo has hundreds of groups and I am sure MSN does as well if you want to do a search in those communities. I have also found that a lot of the online scrapping stores have message boards as well.
I would email her one more time and say if this is not rectified in one week then you will post your bad experience on the many MB you are a member of.

Here's the update-of course I am a psycho b!tch from hell when I feel like I've been ripped off. Here was my last email to her
I am shocked beyond belief that you are operating an online store & taking money from people without sending a product. I have contacted PayPal, although they probably will not help me because you were able to string me along past thirty days. I have written a letter to my credit card company to charge back my money & I plan to post my experience with you on every scrapbooking message board I can find. I also found out that when you do actually ship your pages-they are usually missing pieces.I sent you an email yesterday that you didn't even have the decency to respond to, you obviously know you didn't send anything to me or you would have given me a tracking number. I can ship a package from NY to Alaska in less then six days, why am I still waiting for something sent so long ago? I have purchased hundreds of dollars of products on Ebay & through paypal & never had a problem until now.I wish you luck in your business of thievery you're pretty damn good at it!Kelly Galvagni

Dear Kelly, I apologize again and again. You are absolutely right that this is inexcusable. A check for your full refund is being sent tomorrow am via UPS tracking number #1Z65217T0195006013. I am sending the order regardless of payment because this is a complete foul-up on our part. It is the same tracking number as above. Explanations are just ridiculous because after losing the specifics of your order other stuff happened. We are a very small company and I have two part time girls at the warehouse. We get it right 99% of the time but apparently when we screw up, we do so completely. I can not apologize enough. I make a commitment to fixing whatever holes are open in our process to get them right for future orders, yours or otherwise. Please accept our apologies, we are not a fraudulent company.

I still have to contact her about my missing title...but my mother board died and I have to wait to get it back up so that I can acess my email...

OK, I finally got my stuff today-4 hermafix dispensers, 2 layouts, AND a refund check & a nice note. I will wait to see how the layouts are when I put them together before I decide whether or not I''d order from her again. I''m just glad she finally sent something!
