got my necklace...now I need opinions! (with pics and poll)

I came home to find a package....my necklace for the day of from amazon!!

The necklace is gorgeous! But, I'm slightly dissapointed. Its VERY small. Its about the size of my pinky nail. I was definatly expecting it to be ALOT bigger.

However, after thinking about it, my dress does have alot of detail on top. Should I just stick with the necklace, even though its small, as it not draw attention away from my dress? (pics of dress in album)

OR...is it too small? Should I return it (I only have 30 days) and keep looking?

i personally think the necklace is too small for your DOJ, I love the necklace tho and if it wasn't too expensive would keep it because it is so pretty

ITA...it is gorgeous, but it might not get that sparkly effect that you might be looking for in pics.

Its gorgeious but You're right about the size, I would look around for something bigger. Its so hard to shop online...

I agree with not getting anyyhing too big but while that is a gorgeous pendant Its def too small in my opinion.

Its a beautiful necklace but I compared it to your dress and I think you need something bigger.

I love the necklace its soooo pretty!! but I really think its better if you get a bigger necklace does your dress have any detail at all or is it plain? i would keep the necklace u can use it again!!!

i think u shoud keep looking....its funny...i almost bought earrings from Macys...I thought they were gonna be real blingy and big....i decided to stop by the store to check em out...and oh boy am i glad I did!! They were sooo not what I expected...you want bling babe!! You need something thats gonna shine and look fab in yout pics...something that stands out...

its gorgeous dont get me wrong...i think you can do better thou. good luck!!

It's definitely pretty, but I agree with the other girls...it's a little too small IMO. I remember you posted it last week and I pictured it to be so much bigger...like the size of a quarter or something.

your gown has so much detail on it that i think this necklace would be perfect!!!

my gown doesnt have detail like yours and im thinking of getting something small or not wear one at all. anything to take attention away from my tatas.lol

It is very hard to visualize with the dress. I think it's a very pretty necklace. I would keep it anyway. This way you can try it on with your dress and also I'm sure you will get use out of it even if you don't end up wearing it with your dress.

i think its a little small but it also depends on what kind of earrings and bracelet youll have, if you will have long earrings and a substantial bracelet, then i think its okay but if they are smaller earrings especially and a smaller bracelt, then i would get something bigger

Colleen, I think it is too small. You have a gorgeous neck and I can definitely see you pull off a more dramatic looking necklace. Keep looking!!
