I got my pictures today after 6 weeks and to say that i am disappointed in them is an understatement. I dont blame the company that i used, i think it has to do with my choice of photographer. My assistant photog took good pics but my main photog was horrible.
was wondering for those of you who got your digital photos how many pics did you have? out of those how many would you say you liked?
I had 2 photogs (1 for 6hrs and one for 10 and had 1158 pics and i cant say i liked even 20 of them or think that even 20 of them are useable).
I cant believe that i got through planning and the wedding with no stress and no drama and to find that it was recieving my pics that brought me to tears sux.

Omg, so sorry to hear that, did you have a videographer? Some of them can provide still shots from their camera...but then again that would be another expense. Are the pics you saw edited already or can they be edited? A little photoshop or tweaking may also help...

ughghg!!! So sorry this happened!! Are they bad shots where even editing won't help? You never know sometimes a great edit makes all the difference! I know it's not the same and you probably spent a nice penny on a professional but how about asking guests for any pics they may have?

i believe they are already edited..and no i dont think editing will help :( a few of my gripes are 1.no pics of cocktail hour 2.almost all of the pics at least 80% are on some sort of angle 3. my wedding was on a sat night and the flash was so bright during all of my reception pics you wouldnt even be able to tell and everyone looks washed out. and they took a bunch of group pics in front of a fountain that wasnt working which was yellow/green which they said they would make blue but they didnt so all of those pics are unuseable..all in all just not good pics. id share some of them but i cant since they are on a site right now and havent gotten the digitial negatives yet

I'm so sorry that you have to deal with this. I would definitely contact the photographer and/or company and tell them that you are displeased with their work. Who knows, maybe they can do something or at least give you some kind of a refund. It's worth a try.

We did have a videographer, but now im worried about that! im hoping that at least comes out great. I wrote the company a letter today. I even attached pics that my youngest sister took that looked amazing and more professional then theirs..they still have yet to write me back

I'm so so sorry this happened!!! Definitely reach out to them and see if there is any further editing they can do. When you get your video maybe they can edit it and give you some still shots? I'm really sorry, I know that must be so frustrating :(

Really sorry to hear this!! What a nightmare. I feel so bad, I want to try and salvage some photos for you if possible and make that yuck water blue!
I hope you can get some family/friend photos that are to your liking!
Maybe the photogs can edit more and crop photos to look better? Maybe they still have photos that they need to give to you too. The ones they thought were bad might actually be pretty decent. Hoping theyre all digital and can be tweeked some way!!

I think they should be able to do some editing to the photos. I'm sorry that you're unhappy. If they can't they should at least give you some money back.

I am sorry you are disappointed with your pictures. That is such a shame. I would strongly suggest seeing what the company is willing to do to make this up to you. I hope there is a resolution.
