I bought them on-line at www.shoebuy.com, 1-800-200-8414, 30 day money back guarantee and free shipping!
I ordered them on Tuesday and they came today. The service was very good. I purchased ivory and white, because I don't know which one will go with my dress. They are so comfortable and I love the strap around the ankle, I think it looks sexy.

I think I want to order shoes in black, too, so I can wear them out and see if they are comfortable.
