i wish i could help!
do you have a heating pad or a hot water bottle?
i found that one of those helped more than ice packs did when i had my first set taken out.

Ugh I had mine out last year it was hell for meee. I had all 4 taken at once and had stitches. I drank mcdonalds milkshakes(well not really drank dripped into my mouth with a spoon lol) Take painkillers sleeeeeeep a lot and after a few days it will get easier.

I had all fou of mine pulled last summer. I was in so much pain but the Vicodin really helped. I was a little nervous about using it too but once I saw how well it worked, I didnt want to stop. And about a week later when I went back to work I had no problem stopping them. Hope you feel better soon!
