Got New DOJ Earrings (Kind Of)

So I went to the mall today and looked at Lord and Taylor as suggested, and found a GORGEOUS pair of earrings that I think are a little more appropriate for a wedding, so I bought them!



BUT I was with FH, and I gave them to him to hold while I got my wallet out of my bag to pay for them, and he dropped them. So I inspected them, and the stones were fine and nothing was scratched, so I figured it was ok. But then I just got home and showed my mom, and she asked for me to take them off the card to hold up to my ears to get the full effect, and sure enough, the post on one of them was dangling by a sliver! I don't know if it's coincidence, or really from FH dropping them, but I'm so annoyed that I have to go back all the way to his mall to exchange them. Sigh, it's never easy lol.

What do you think? I'm debating not wearing a necklace now, or if I do, there's a matching solitaire pearl with crystal base that the same company has on their own website that I could order. I'd still be wearing a bracelet, but I am going to order the same one that I got for my BMs in ivory and wear that one instead of my moms (she's paying for it and letting me 'borrow' it lol).

I love the earrings!!!! I forgot what the necklace looked like that you wanted to wear...can you post the dress, necklace and bracelet so that I can get the full effect? Sorry for being a pain in the a$$ lol

I REALLY like those earrings.... I want a pair very similar

ETA -- I think that each piece of jewelry is tasteful and uncomplicated enough to wear all together. I think that you are tall (like me) and can pull off a necklace, bracelet, AND earrings with the headpiece which isn't overwhelming. I love it all! you have great taste!

I think its perfect Ali!!!! The necklace is simple, but yet elegant and everything goes together If the necklace had more stuff, it would take away from your dress....I think this necklace is perfect to go along with your set.
