got our Duet video back- but how do I post online?

any help/advice is much appreciated!!!! Duet gave us our video on DVD in vob format, I tried playing around with a converter I downloaded, but I'm clueless!!! I'd love to post the highlights if I could figure it out!

TIA!!!
