Ok, this actually ISN'T one I snuck a peek at the registry for... This one came from Williams Sonoma, and I hadn't checked that registry. So we opened the big UPS box just to get it out of the way and now there is a smaller, nicely wrapped box with a bow and a card that says 'Congratulations' and the name of the people who it's from. So now what do we do?? Do we open it? Leave it until closer to the wedding? And if we do open it, do we send a thank you right away? Silly questions, I know, but any thoughts...??

We opened all our gifts as they came. We got some as early as 3 months prior. We just sent out regular thank yous. Anything that came a month before and up until now we'll send TYs for after we get the cards made up using a wedding pic.

Send them a thank you note - we've been getting a lot of gifts and all said the same - Congratulations. .. edited to say - and use it in good health!
