the girl is pregnant & is due at the end of march - so thats our first No :(

Oh man......Well, now you really have to make sure you take a lot of pics to share!!!! And she will have a lot of new baby pics to share with you!
Budget wise...maybe not so bad!

well we heard from ppl that they probably wont come but i also got a verbal yes today from 2 ppl and they're like we dont have to send the card right?

I told everyone they have to send the card. I have 120 people coming so far after two weeks! and 8 no.

now what about those ppl that you know are def coming but they're not sending back the cards - you're def counting them right?

Not counting them untill they send me the rsvp. So its 120yes based on cards sent. tHere are prob another 100 I know are yes, but keep them as no until I get the card.

some are from poland so i dont know if they know they have to & plus my family from here prob wont send it back either.
my aunt from canada who is def coming calls my mom the other day and shes like omg i got something from gab and michal today and i wasl like... what can it be and then i open it and its the invite - she said she totally forgot about it - since the STD and everything she didnt even think about getting an invite

we have about 3 families no's for our engagement.. but then 2 days later they called and said they'll send a 'representative'

We got our first no yesterday and FH and I were high-fiving each other. I came home at lunch to stalk the mailman and I was thrilled to see a 'declines with regret' checked off. Woohoo....2 people aren't coming so far out of the 371 invited....btw, my room holds a MAXIMUM of 350.
