Got our Marriage License in Manhattan Today
It was so easy and fast! Nothing like the line at the DMV. The only part that took a while was going through security.

Were you planning on going in the morning? If so it doesn't hurt to get there around 8:10ish so that you will be among the first people in line.
Also I heard the security guard mentioning that Friday is the most crowded so you may want to avoid that day if possible.
But in general, it's not a long process. Be sure to go with your money order and it should be fine.

Congrats!!!! A friend of mine warned us about Friday also. We went on a Monday around 9am and it took us about an hour.
