We went this morning to the office in Massapequa. It was soo easy. It took about 20 minutes. It feels SO real.. its crazy!
You can get married 24 hrs after it is issued, FH suggested we just go elope tomorrow afternoon
While we were there I was able to take care of an issue we had with our county taxes lol. Kill two birds with one stone

You can get one at any town clerks office.. what town are you in, and I can help you find one closer to you. I filled out the papers there, it took like 10 minutes. Here is town of hempstead. I think you're close to there, right?
Hempstead Town Clerk One Washington Street First Floor Hempstead, NY 11550
You need one form of ID such as a license, passport. And another form to prove your birth like a Birth Certificate, naturalization certificate or baptismal certificate.

Yeay!!! FH said sort of the same thing too after we got ours. There was the 'Marriage Window' right next to us where there were a few couples lined up to get married and he was like 'You wanna just hop on the line?' I said 'Sorry hon, can't do that for at least another 24hrs' LOL
