Our raises were pretty lame this year. I won't get much after taxes. Not enough for my new kitchen so I will have to wait for my dh's next raise too. My review wasn't bad though so I was happy!

Good for you! Any raise is good- I get small raises too. But I figure in 10 years it will be ok!

Congrats on the raise.
Its gotten to the point at my job where I don't even get a formal 'review' anymore. I just get a nice raise every year with no BS 'review - what are your weaknesses' type crap.
