Got sideswiped today

not happy. I was on my way home from sleeping over at my little cousins 10th bday party and some guy decided to come into my lane and I went to swerve out of the way and he still got me. I am ok and my car isn't completely damaged but it still has some nice scratches and black marks I was so shaken up that I didn't get any info except his first name and a number. Hopefully he didnt like about it! FH couldnt believe I didnt take down his license plate and drivers license- but honestly i was shaken up and thankful i didnt swerve into anyone else and cause someone else to get into an accident. I decided I am staying inside for the rest of the day.
