my mom was having problems with her job and they were doing an investigation and she was suspended from work for about a week. She was then told she was fired and to turn in her uniform.
She went today to do that and they appologized it was there error, my mom was right and she got her job back.
She goes back to work tomorrow.

That is so good to hear! Will she get the same amount of time in retail as she used to? I'm glad she got an appology too, not just told she has her job back!

thank you everyone. this week is definatly looking better then last week.
she will have her 3 days in retail and 2 days in gourmet. If she does any more then her scheduled 2 she has to let HR know immediatly and they'll jump right on it.

I told my mom they should give her a weeks vacation.
