Got some things done today!

Hey Girlies...

So I got somethings done today..

1) I booked my wedding coordinator.. Rosalie from Expressions Floral & Design, she's sweet, down to earth, and really works with your budget, meaning she offers the same level of service but doesn't try to rip you off..always a good thing..

2) I got my Swans in the mail today.. totally awesome!!!! Can't wait to show FH this weekend.

3) I booked the Limo's! We decided to go with M&V

4) I got all the information on blocking the rooms for the OOT guests, but it won't be official until next month, they won't book more than a year in advance.

5) I ordered my save the dates.. actually I ordered two samples (theknot.com) to see which ones we like better..and they had the wedding kissing bells on sale.. you get 50 of them for less than $5...
**when I get the samples I will scan them so everyone can see**

My parents are leaving tommorrow to Punta Cana.. so I'm home alllll alone until Friday when FH comes over.. so it's just me and the doggies.. ahhhh peace & quiet!!!! The home make-over is finally DONE!!!

Congratulations! Sounds like you've been busy!!! I'm also starting to get things underway. I ordered some samples of the STDs I want and I'm going to order some swatches of the silk dupioni my mother is using to make my table runners.

I definitely need to head up to Westchester soon to look at hotels and figure out where to have the RD. Sometimes I wish we were getting married in Long Island--at least I know all the restaurants here!

I wish I were getting married in the city sometimes, would be easier on me.. since I know the city so well.. born in the Bronx, raised in Manhattan...

But everything is working out well for me on Long Island so I have no complaints..

What kind of save the dates did you get? Cards or magnet? I got the magnet type..

I got paper ones that I'm hoping I'll be able to turn into magnets. I've convinced myself that I MUST have magnets Here are the 2 I'm considering:

I really liked it too, but I worried that my friends would think it's funny that there's some little kid throwing stars at the couple and I'm having a strict no-kids policy at the wedding
