So yesterday I got suspended at work exactly 2 weeks before my wedding. Nice right?
Ill try to explain what happend.
I work in a bank and every week we ship out money to the feds. THe feds are claiming in july I shorted them 15000.00 ( not true)
SO b/c the money is my responsibility im suspended until the investigation is over
I was so upset and embarassed, I cant believe this is happening to me
My biggest fear is coming back from my hm to find out I have no job

Oh no...im so sorryt o hear that...try to relax....Im sure they will work this out...for now, take it as a nice break before your wedding...you can relax and get things done...sorry this is going on!

OMG I'm so sorry! Is it with or without pay the suspension? That's horrible so close before the wedding...I hope they straighten it out asap.

Its with pay thank god.. but its like not knowing if I have a job or not its killin me

Omg that stinks..i'm so sorry!! Does your job keep a copy of the deposit slip or a drop slip that says how much money you dropped on that day?

They were apparently trying to 'break' me but I didnt do anything wrong. I was sent home and cried hysterically for the next few days. It got straightened out a few weeks later.
That is a large amount of money and im sure they will be able to straighten it out. But in the meantime...

thank you..... Its hard b/c I know I did the right thing and im not a thief but there trying to say that i didnt follow the exact procedure so now Im to blame. Its ***** when your looked at like a thief or something

OH NO!! That succks so bad! Well you know you didnt do it...so Im sure once the investigation is over everything will be fine. Try to stay cheery for the wedding, everything will be ok

I'm so sorry to hear you're going through such a difficult time. It really s*cks what had just happened but just let them finish their investigation. Try to be strong in the meantime and hopefully the storms will clear. If you know, you're innocent and you haven't done anything wrong then you have nothing to worry about once they wrap up with their procedures. It's probably just a slip up on their part, sh*t happens, what are you gonna do. Unfortunately, a lot of corporate places particularly the banks don't play esp when it comes to dealing with the feds. I also work for the Fraud Dept in the bank. They're carrying out with the procedural part of the investigation. Eventually, they'll come to the conclusion that it wasn't you and something happened to had caused the incident. Definitely save all slips and documents with you in case you want to file a lawsuit or press charges once it passes. I'll cross my fingers for you!
