Got the Church!
Oh thank god! I've been stressing. FH called the church back in April and the priest's secretary said we are penciled in the book but we still have to come in for the 'interview'. So I left this up to FH since this is the church he grew up in, went to school at and was also an altar boy at so this was sort of his thing.
Needless to say October came and we hadn't had the interview yet and one day last week i got this weird feeling so I took it upon myself to call the rectory and the woman on the phone said 'theres nothing in the book...we cant write you down until you have the interview'. I nearly had a heart attack....because I love jesus? No. Bc my veil is MADE for this church....long aisle, perfection. Shallow on my part? kinda but oh well. Also since FH assured me there was no issue back in april I had booked a bunch of my vendors.
So long story short, we went today and everything came out great. He didnt give me any grief about not being catholic...gave us a lil sass for living together but im not going to lie!
