Original post by angl2001
OK so i ordered a cake topper they make it to resemble the bride and groom....the pics i sent weren't too great but it came out pretty good lol i am making a few changes...asked them to make my face thinner ( its more long than round like the topper shows, and to make my nose a little smaller, i am asking them to lighten steves hair and make his face a little thinner too. but here is the first product!! lol i like it but i hope the next one is a little more lifelike.
First draft

wehn you click on the ebay site it says 120
yeah with shipping it came to $169.99 .....i never spend that much $$ on anything but i had to have this lol
That is also why i am being picky i want it to be as close as possible! lol they make it then email u a pic then u have the option to change things so i sent them my changes lol well see what the next one looks like! ill post it when it comes.
that is a lot but i think its worth it ... i really like them!

It is so expensive cause it is all handmade! Thats the only reason i opted to pay that much was because i understand how much work goes into it.....this draft took over 2 weeks to get

It's AWESOME!!! You should see if they can do a small Yankee hat at the feet of the bride!!!
I do agree - your face isn't round - it's long & thin....but other than that - it's WONDERFUL!!!
