gotta love my ffil

so there was some tension over the tuxes, my fmil is wearing eggplant and wants my ffil tux to match her dress. eggplant, vest and tie. so we said no, but i know fmil can be sneaky.

so today fh is talking to ffil about it. he wanted to go today, but it wasn't good for ffil. so he tells ffil what he has to do and tells him that no matter what the vest and tie will be black, not eggplant, to match his wife. ffil's reaction:

'i'm not wearing eggplant.'

At least black matches everything

Good for your FFIL. My MIL wore eggplant and she looked great. My FIL wore black and looked rather handsome as well. I have never heard of ILs matching each other. Just tell her that your wedding is not a prom. Then DUCK!
