Crystal International Gifts, on Hicksville Rd. in Massapequa. Someone recommended I go there for favors or something a while back. Well, I wound up there yesterday and had such a great experience!
I worked with Diana..she is the owner and she''s awesome! She is very helpful and patient...and actually has a smile on her face unlike MANY of the people I''ve seen in these bridal stores. Anyway, she sells everything it seems. I got my invitations there (yes, I finally chose an invitation...with her help actually!).
I just wanted to share cuz excellent customer service is hard to find these days. It seems the older I get, the more I appreciate really good customer service. I don''t know if you guys have noticed, but some of these people seem to think they are doing US a favor by talking to us...these people don''t seem to realize that WE are keeping them in business and a little courtesy goes a long way. :) JOY

Joy, I agree about not being able to find people who realize that if they are in a certain business, they should know how to treat their customers. That's one of the things that I place importance on when chosing things. I'd rather pay a little bit more and get treated with respect. How do your invites look??

Yes Diana is awesome, she actually just signed a new contract with my invite company because she didn't have their books just for us. She is wonderful, they aren't opened on mondays though ladies so don't be running out there tomorrow!! :)
