gown preservation

where did you get your gown preserved? about how much $$ did it cost?

I bought my gown at Kleinfelds and had it preserved there also. It cost $500. They repaired the dress and cleaned it. They got replacement swarovski crystals from my designer Anne Barge sent from Atlanta to replace some that I had lost. They also had it places in a museum quality preservation box. It was sent with white gloves to wear when I touch the dress. They told me the dress will be safe for at least 25 years if not longer.
My sister sent her gown to wedclean.com and it came back really nice. She spent $100.
