gown question...

I just put a down pymt on my gown and I noticed on the receipt it adds a charge for the slip. I am wondering if that is a necessary charge..I read online that my gown has a built in crinoline. It doesn't seem like I need the slip..any suggestions?? Thanks!!

I would call the bridal salon asap

And speak with your sales rep. It may be a mistake. Some dresses do require a slip, others it is an option. Either way it is up to you if you want to purchase the slip from them or not. You might have a friend you can borrow one from or find it cheaper elsewhere. I am sure if you call them they will explain. Keep us up to date. By the way- Where did you order your gown and which one did you order?

gown question...

Thanks for the advice, I will call them tonight. I got my gown at The Bridal Center in Lynbrook. The saleswoman was very nice and very helpful (even though I tried on a bunch of gowns). I wound up getting a new gown from Alfred Angelo...it is in the spring collection. Very pretty!! Thanks for the info... :)
