gowns and appointments

I have two appointments tomorrow to try on gown: 12 @ Carmela's Bridal in Huntington, 2 @ Lilettes in Baldwin.

Is that enough time between appointments? Just wondering.

i personally don't think so ... when you start trying them on you will get lost in the moment and loose track of time BUT jmo ...

could they make a later appt for you? maybe a later girl would want to come in earlier.. def give yourself as much time as possible!!! its so much fun!!!

They had to 'squeeze me in' for this appointment. Oh well. If I can't make it I'll try and go Sunday...

yeah i would call and see if the 2pm app can be moved to like 4 ... its def fun so you don't want to rush ...

They will probably still see you, but understand that you are given a specific time slot and they have other obligations when your time slot ends.

Thanks, girls... I didn't think it would be enough time. I was excited that they fit me in - I feel like I've been looking forward to buying my wedding gown my whole life!

For future reference, how much time should I leave between appointments?

I had an appt at 1:30 last week at Lillette's. They were packed and it took about 20 minutes for me to have my appt. because they had a walk in. That said I was there for about two hours so I think you'll need more time. You don't want to rush this.
Lillette's was great, I think I found my dress there, but I didn't want to get it yet because it was my first time trying on dresses. Lydia helped me there and she was so good. She was so knowledgeable and honest.
