FMIL is having a graduation party for FSIL and asked me to help her with favors.

If you want to do a consumable item for the favor, I saw these really cute cupcakes that you could wrap in cellophane and give out.
They had white frosting, but I am sure you could add food coloring to it in her school colors. Then you take a hershey's miniature in dark chocolate, and put it upside down in the frosting and decorate with icing for the tassle.
I can't find the image I originally saw, but this comes close.
oooh...i saw those done on a smaller scale last week...they used keebler fudge grahams, a mini reese's cup and like a twizzler or something for the tassel!! they looked yummy...i refrained...trying to cut out the junk these days.

Chocolate - any of the chocolate shops can make you something (a hat and tassle, diploma etc. out of chocolate). You can also do a glass with school-colored jelly beans.
