Graduation Present Ideas?

My cousin is graduating medical school and I want to get him a little something. He's never gotten me anything for my graduation, but I still want to get something. Any ideas?

I know that new Doctor's need their own tools - not sure how much $ you want to spend, but maybe find out from his parent's what he needs.

When my friend graduated from med school a bunch of us went in on her stethoscope and ear checker thingy and some other tools.

ETA: oh, and my friend's MIL bought her a really cool old timey doctor's bag - it was very nice, a black leather one. Or maybe a Gift certificate to Michael's - a place where he can get his degree framed.
