Grand Lido negril--bad review

girls --had to let you all know that my best friend just got back from jamaica -the grand lido negril-and had a HORRIBLE time!!

she said the resort was horrid---she spent a total of 3k for the all inclusive trip supposedly..BUT she ended up spending an additiional $1300 in cash on all the stuff she wanted to do-

she said the rooms were disqusting....the linens on the bed were soo hard and scratchy, and the beds were like wood!! the food had BUGS on it and the restaurants food was inedible!!

she was totally mislead by liberty travel who sold her on the 4 star supposed property and i just wanted you all to know in case you had plans on going

That's so disappointing! I thought that the Grand Lido brand is supposed to be one of the more 'upscale' resorts for Breezes. I would complain about my experience and see if your friend can get a credit of some sort.

I had been to Jamaica and a hurricane hit. I got a credit for 2 free nights because of the 'Sunshine Guarantee'.
